Agricultural development is always on the increase as well. One popular current trend in Residential Nature reserves which have a special appeal to people of the city who like the wide open spaces. In these development they have the relative security of neighbours without the pollution and the peace of mind of living in a rural environment. The appeal of country towns is still there but more and more people are tending away from the small towns because they feel boxed in by neighbours and rules of the Mega Municipal Councils.
